摘要
从战略部署、优先领域、人才和经费投入等方面研究了广东省基础研究发展状况,分析了广东省基础研究的管理体制、资助体系、资助格局以及评审办法,提出了扩大资助规模、增设项目类型和加强国际合作等政策建议.
The article analyses the strategic plan, priority areas, scientists, and funding, in order to de- scribe the development environments of the basic research in Guangdong province; and the management sys- tem, the funding system, the funding pattern, and the methods of peer-review of the Natural Science Founda- tion in Guangdong are studied, to explain the current situation of the basic research in Guangdong. And then, suggestions for its next-step development are given out.
