摘要 师生关系是教育教学活动的核心,在课堂上也起着决定性的作用。我国的师生关系由于长期受传统观念的影响,存在一些问题。人本主义心理学为我们提供了一个新的研究师生关系的视角。它倡导要建立主体间性式的交往和移情性理解的交往才能较好的解决当今中小学里普遍存在的师生间交往主体的片面化和交往关系渐疏远的问题。 The relationship between teachers and students is the center of educational and teaching activities.In class it also plays a decisive role.There are some problems in the relationship between teachers and students in China.It is due to the influence of traditional concepts.Humanistic Psychology provides us with a new way to study the relationship between teachers and students.It is advocated to establish inter-subjectivity of the exchanges and empathic understanding of communication.So can better solve the current primary and secondary schools in the prevalence of teacher-student intercourse subject one-sided and gradually estranged relationship problems.
