摘要
为了了解和研究高校学生管理制度的育德功能现状,本文试图通过1990年和2005年《高等学校学生管理规定》的两个不同文本,辅之参阅广东省各高校的学生管理制度,并结合问卷调查来探究高校学生管理制度育德功能发挥的现状,发现当前高校学生管理制度在制定和施行中有意无意地从性恶论的假设出发,且制定缺乏民主性,运行缺乏监督,学生对学生管理制度的育德功能认知度不高等问题。这些问题的存在都使得高校学生管理制度的育德功能无法有效发挥,并最终与学校的育人育德的宗旨相违背。
In order to understand and study the function of the moral education in college students management system,this paper tries to the two different texts through 1990 and 2005 about《The Student Management Regulations In The university》,and refers to the Colleges and universities students management system in Guangdong Province,and Combines with the questionnaire survey to explore the function status of the moral education about the college students management system,to find the formulation and implementation is natural or half unconscious from the evil nature of starting assumptions among the current college student management system,the lack of democracy in formulating,the lack of supervision in running,and the students are awareless in the student management system of moral education function and so on.The existence of these problems make the moral education's function in the student management system in universities and colleges cannot be effective,and finally will go against the school of education of moral education aim.
