高职通信类专业技能鉴定的“技能要求”与“素质需求”协同研究

The Quality Correspondence Class Professional Skill Appraisal “the Skill Request” and “the Quality Demand” the Coordination Studies

"职业性"与"技能性"历来是做为职业技能鉴定的特别强调而获得普遍共识的,但高职教育要培养的是"高素质、技能型"人才,学生除了要具备良好的岗位专业技能之外,还应具备一定的综合素养。所以技能鉴定虽然侧重的是对职业技能的考核,但也应根据工种有所侧重,本文以通信类专业电信业务员(中级)技能鉴定为例,对高职通信类专业技能鉴定的"技能要求"与"素质需求"协同途径进行了探索。

＂Professional＂ and ＂the skill＂ is always the skill appraisal special emphasis obtains the universal mutual recognition,what but the quality education must raise is ＂the high quality,the skill ＂the talented person,the student besides must have the good post professional skill competence ability,but should also have certain comprehensive accomplishment.Therefore skill appraisal,although stresses is to the vocational skill inspection,but should also have the discrimination according to the kind of work in a factory,This paper takes correspondence class specialized telecommunication clerk the skill appraisal as an example,＂the skill request＂ and ＂the quality demand＂ the coordination way has carried on the exploration to the quality correspondence class professional skill appraisal.
