Research Progress on Resource and Identification of Ganoderma

灵芝为多孔菌科真菌,以子实体入药,具有滋补强壮、扶正固本的功效,是我国传统珍贵药材。本文对灵芝的资源情况进行概述,并从性状、显微、理化和DNA分子技术等方面系统的阐述了灵芝及其常见混伪品的鉴别方法,有助于灵芝资源的利用和深入研究。

Ganoderma is a member of the Polyporaceae family. It is a precious herb in China for body nourishment and health preservation. This article discussed the research progress on resource of Ganoderma and the identification from aspects of physical appearance, microscopic features, physicochemical features, DNA molecular techniques, and etc. This study is helpful to the utilization and further study of Ganoderma resource.
