摘要
目的:建立银杏内酯滴丸中银杏内酯A、银杏内酯B含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以正丙醇-四氢呋喃-水(1∶27∶72)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长:220 nm。结果:建立了银杏内酯滴丸中银杏内酯A、银杏内酯B含量测定方法,且银杏内酯A、银杏内酯B的RSD分别为1.39%,2.16%。结论:本方法简便可靠,可用于银杏内酯滴丸的质量控制。
This study was aimed to establish the ginkgolide dropping pills. High performance liquid THF-water (1:27:72) as the mobile phase. The flow The results showed that the determination method method of determining ginkgolide A and ginkgolide B content in chromatography (HPLC) was used in the research with N-propanol- rate was 1 mL-min-~. And the detection wavelength was at 220 nm. of ginkgolide A and ginkgolide B content in ginkgolide dropping pills was established. And the RSD of ginkgolide A and ginkgolide B were 1.39% and 2.16%, respectively. It was concluded that this method is simple and reliable, which can be used for quality control of ginkgolides dropping pills.
