摘要
分析了数字化工厂产生的背景以及数字化工厂的基本功能;基于数字化工厂平台Delmia/QUEST,构建了某采煤机机械加工车间的数字化工厂模型。通过对模型中设施布局的空间干涉分析以及物流仿真运行,发现了车间前期规划中存在的问题,并给出了优化建议。
The background and basic functions of digital factory were analyzed. Based on Delmia/QUEST, the digital factory model of a shearer plant was constructed. Through analyzing the space interference of facility layout and logistics simulation with the model, some problems in the plant planning were found out, and the corresponding optimization recommendations were put forward.
