三片罐用DR型冷轧薄钢板的工艺设计研究

摘要 针对三片罐制罐过程中的焊接卡罐问题,在简单分析卡罐缺陷形成机理的基础上,详细研究了DR型薄钢板的生产工艺,提出了一套完整的DR型薄钢板生产工艺技术。不但有效地控制了DR型冷轧薄钢板的强度异常波动,而且避免了烘烤时效硬化的影响,最终解决了三片罐的‘焊接卡罐’问题,创造了较大的经济效益,具有进一步推广应用的价值。 As to an application problem of DR type steel, which is called 'welding-stuck' during the making process of 3-piece can, a detailed research of the existing manufacturing process of that steel type has been done, after a brief of the defect forming mechanism. Consequently, a complete newly set of DR type steel manufacturing process was built, which, on one hand, controls the extreme variation of strength, on the other hand, avoids the baked-aging effects. All those end up in a resolution of the 'welding- stuck' problem, a bigger commercial profit to the factory and a valuable experience to be shared.
