摘要
通过对某小型喷雾器喷头主体自动上料组装生产线的研究,开发了一套电气自动化生产线,实现了主体自动上料和检测。采用Pro/E进行实体建模,且针对生产过程的要求,从时序上分析各运动过程,用PLC实现自动化操作。
By analyzing the assembly process of nebulizers, we developed a production line with electric automation, to realize the auto-feeding of the main parts of nebulizers. The model of the production line is set up by Pro/E, which is controlled by PLC, and the motion of the mechanism is analyzed by simulation.
