摘要
根据煤炭企业的生产和供应的现状，提出了煤炭企业物资供应应推行内部配送制，并对配送方式进行了初步探讨。配送方式可以采用定期的多品种单点式送货形式和巡回式送货形式，配送机构的设置应随着体制变革逐步进行调整，同时创造条件逐步把企业总仓库建成一个小型的物资配送中心。
In accordance with the present situation of production and supply in coal enterprises, the article advances that the material supply in the enterprises should maintain inside distribution system and probes into the way of distribution.
