摘要
在详细分析烟气脱硫过程中被控对象的特性和控制原理的基础上,对FGD-DCS自动控制系统的结构、功能及组站进行了设计,还探讨了烟气脱硫系统启动、停止控制的逻辑设计及烟气脱硫系统紧急停运时的对策。并根据烟气脱硫系统各子系统的特性及具体控制要求,设计出了一套相适应的控制策略,对子系统的结构图、组态及控制策略也进行了详细描述。
Based on the characteristics of controlled object and the control principle of flue gas desulfurization system, an FGD-DCS automatic control system was designed. This paper discussed the start-stop control and emergence stop control of the system, and designed a set of control strategy for the flue gas desulfurization system, according to the characteristics of each subsystem and the specific control requirements. The system structure of the subsystem, system configuration and control strategy were described in detail.
