The Module Teaching of Hotel English in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Working Post

文章通过分析酒店英语人才需求现状,指出开展酒店英语教学的必要性。以高职酒店英语教学现状为基础,探讨模块教学的特点、模块教学与职业教育的关系,论述了高职酒店英语如何实现模块教学,以满足工作岗位的需求。

Through analyzing the damand of English talents in the hotel, this paper points out that it is necessary to have hotel English class in higher vocational colleges. According to the present situation of hotel English teaching in higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses the characteristics of the module theory, the relation between the module theory and vocational education and at last analyzes how to implement the module theory in hotel English teaching in higher vocational colleges so as to meet the demand of working post.
