摘要
湖南上市公司经过二十多年的快速发展,无论在上市公司的整体数量还是质量方面相比当初都有了质的飞跃,然而,也存在行业布局不合理、市值偏小、大股东占用资金及财务造假等方面的问题。为此,加强统一规划和合理引导,多渠道提高上市公司的质量和产业集中度,优化上市公司的股权结构及加强市场监管,是推动湖南省上市公司持续发展、做大做强的切实选择。
The overall quantity and quality of H unan listed companies have made a qualitative leap after 20 years ＇ development; how- ever, there are also some issues to be dealt with such as irrational industrial distribution, low market value, possessed funds by major shareholder and financial fraud. Therefore, strengthening the unified planning and rational guidance, improving the quality and industry concentration of listed companies from multiple channels, optimizing the equity structure of listed companies and reinforce market supervision are practical options to sustainable promotion of the listed companies in Hunan.
