摘要
依据溶质渗透理论 ,得出了汽、液相传质单元数与传质系数、汽液接触时间、相界面积、物系性质及塔板结构的关联式 .采用汽相平推流液相完全混合模型计算点效率 ,计算值以 Col-burn推导的雾沫夹带对塔板效率的影响关系进行修正 .经小型筛板塔在全回流条件下的实验验证 ,点效率的预测值与实验结果吻合较好 ,在正常操作范围内 ,误差 <6 % .
Based on the penetration theory, a new semiempirical relationship for the prediction of the number of mass transfer units is given. The model of plug flow of vapor with no horizontal mixing has been used for the point efficiencies related to the overall number of mass transfer units. And the predicted efficiencies are modified by the factor of entrainment using Colburn's correlation. The results indicate that calculated point efficiencies agree with the experimental data within 6% error.
