摘要
国外管理哲学研究已近90年。管理哲学是面向管理实践的,这其中既有省思的研究取向,又有构建管理理念的研究取向。管理哲学在思维上有整体性特征,在内容上有价值分析特征。研究者对哲学的定位深深影响着对管理哲学的定位,管理哲学对人的问题的关注程度逐渐拓展。管理哲学借用哲学的思想因子来深度剖析管理理论,利用哲学思维构造新的管理理念以及有针对性地革新旧的管理范式,这些将是未来管理哲学的增长点。
It has been up to 90 years since foreign management philosophy was studied. Management philosophy is practice-oriented, reflecting and constructing research approach for management philosophy. There exist the characteristics of integrity of thinking and value-based analysis of the content. Researchers take a position for the philosophy and affect the positioning of the management philosophy. The degree of concern to the people＇s problems on the study of the management philosophy has been gradually increased. Management philosophy borrows ideas of philosophy to deeply analyze management theory and construct a new management philosophy and innovate old management paradigms. These are the trends of management philosophy.
