摘要
本文采用GC/MS来确证防虫蛀整理剂在织物中的含量。试样用丙酮 -正己烷混合溶剂超声提取 ,提取液通过活化Celite硅藻土层析柱净化 ,40℃旋转蒸发浓缩后用气 -质联用仪分析 ,测定试样中的氯菊酯及其顺式和反应异构体。本方法适合于测定毛织物中氯菊酯总量或顺、反应异构体。方法的最小检测限为10mg/kg ,回收率为 93% - 10 1% ,相对标准偏差 2 3% - 5 4%。
A testing method is described for determinating hazardous residues of insect-proof agents(permethrin)by GC/MS.Initial extraction is performed with 1:1 acetone-hexane extraction solvent for supersonic treatment at 40℃ water bath.Then quantitative analysis of permethrin is determinated by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry using the selected ion monitoring mode.The method described detects and confirms presence of residues in textile insect-proof agent(JF-86) at concentrations of 10-1000mg/kg.Recoveries from fortified sample fabrics are greater than 90%.The relative standard deviations of the residues are less than 5.4% for all fabrics tested.A standard wool fabrics(ISO105/F0-19182) was used as a sample matrix to simplify the permethrin matrix interaction.
