摘要
针对目前600MW双背压汽轮机高低压凝汽器压力相近而无法形成双背压的问题,对凝汽器抽真空系统管路布置进行了优化,使得高低压凝汽器的双背压效果和机组真空度有了明显提高,极大地提高了机组运行的稳定性和经济性。
To solve the problem that double back pressure can't be formed in a 600 MW steam turbine due to too close of pressure in the high and low pressure condenser, an optimization is made to the pipeline arrangement in the vacuum system. In this way, double back pressure is effectively formed in the high and low pressure condenser, and the unit vacuum degree is greatly raised, based on which both the stability and the economy of the unit are increased.
