中国—东盟自由贸易区建设与我国国际化人才的培养

The Construction of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area and the Training of Chinese International Talent

中国—东盟自由贸易区建成对我国人才培养方向、结构甚至培养模式提出了新的要求,加强面向自由贸易区的国际化人才培养成为加快自由贸易区建设、促进自由贸易区发展繁荣的重要内容。本文分析中国—东盟自由贸易区建立建成对我国国际化人才的需求,其后探讨面向东盟的我国国际化人才培养存在的主要问题及原因,在以上分析的基础上提出对策建议。

With the completion of China - ASEAN Free Trade Area, New requirements, namely the direction of Talent training, structure and even training mode are putted forward. Strengthening the international personnel training for the Free Trade Area is a key to speeding up the free trade zones and promoting the development and prosperity of the Free Trade Area. In view of this, I first analyze the needs of our international talent for China - ASEAN Free Trade Area, and subsequently probe into the main problems and reasons of training the depth-oriented China-ASEAN ＂s international talent, and finally proposed the counter measures on the basis of above analysis.
