摘要
研究了滴流床中催化剂与惰性填料不同配比时的气液传质情况.实验装置包括逆流填料塔和并流滴流床2个主要部分.在填料塔中氧气向上,水向下流动依滴流床中气液向下并流.滴流床中使用北京服装学院化工研究所研制的沸石FX-01柱形+字环催化剂,惰性填料为金属环;填料吸收塔中的填料用陶瓷拉西环.实验中通过逆流填料塔吸收氧气,将吸收氧气后的水通过并流滴流床进行解析,然后采用传感器法测量滴流床进出口水中的氧含量,计算出气液传质系数,研究气体流量、液体流量、催化剂与惰性填料不同配比以及温度对传质的影响.
The two-phase gas-liquid mass transfer with different ratio between catalyst andinert filler in the trickle bed was stodied. The countercurrent packed tower and thecocurrent trickle bed are the main constituions of the experiment installation. There areoxygen flowing up and water flowing down in the packed tower, and in the trickle bedair and water flow down cocurrently. The zeolite colunined catalyst FX-01, which wasmanufactured by the Center for Chemical Engineering of Beijing Institute of ClothingTechnology, and the stainless steel θ rings were used in the trickle bed. CeramicRaschig rings were used as the filler of the packed tower. In this experiment,oxygenwas first absorbed in the packed tower, and desorbed in the trickle bed. And then thedissolved oxygen meter was used to measure the vaine of dissolved oxygen at theentrance point and exit point of the trickle bed.The liquid-film mass transfer coefficientcab be calculated with the value of dissolved oxygen, It can show the variations of thegas-liquid mass transfer coefficient with the gas and liquid mass now rates, the ratiobetween catalyst and inert filler,and the temperthee.
