摘要
本文基于山西省大同市发展新能源的自然资源与发展优势,立足于新能源技术和产业发展的趋势,提出了大同市发展新能源产业的战略思路、发展目标、具体举措以及相应的保障措施,为大同市由资源型城市向新能源转型发展提出了新的思路。
This paper has analyzed the advantages of Datong City to develop new energy, referencea to its natural resources and the general development trend of new energy technologies and industries. Based on the analyses, it proposes a tailor-made systematic plan of Datong new energy including orientations, strategies, goals, development steps as well as detailed projects. Our goal is to spare no effort in helping Datong to become the model of nation.
