卡尔费休法测定原油中的水分相关问题的讨论 被引量:2

摘要 本文通过实验对比发现新鲜甲醇做为溶剂标定卡尔费休试剂时会使测定值偏高,并对其产生的原因进行了分析。对可能影响实验结果的实验条件,如搅样时间、速率、卡氏炉进样的温度等进行了对比实验,对其结果产生的原因进行了阐述。对pH值、反应速率对实验的影响给出了简单适用的判断和控制方法。 It was found that the determination result would be higher when Karl Fischer solution was demar- cated by fresh methyl alcohol by contrast experiments. The reasons were analyzed. The experimental conditions such as stirring time, speed rate and injection temperature were contrasted. The results were discussed. The control method of pH value and speed rate affect on experiment was given.
