摘要
通过对5A06铝合金材料中金属化合物的超声波探伤和能谱分析,发现导致金属化合物产生的主要原因有:Al-Ti中间合金加入过量或局部过量,Mg元素加入偏多,铸造温度偏低。根据产生的原因,提出工艺改进方案。
The intermetallics in 5A06 aluminum alloy materials has been analyzed by ul- trasonic inspection and EDS. The results show that the intermetallics occurring are due to the following reasons: full or local over feeding of A1-Ti master alloy, full or local excessive adding of Mg and low casting temperature. According to the found reasons an improved tech- nology system has been set up.
