摘要
我公司生产的一种Al-Cu-Mg-Mn合金棒材,按原工艺生产常出现力学性能不合格,近年来用户又提出增加抗剪强度检验的新要求,为此,我们从熔铸工艺、挤压工艺、热处理工艺等方面进行了试验研究,确定了合理的工艺制度,生产出的棒材力学性能满足用户的要求,且性能稳定。
The mechanical properties of one kind of A1-Cu-Mg-Mn aluminum alloy bar pro-duced by original technology in our company can not meet the customers requirement occa- sionally. Recently the customers ask to increase the sheer strength of the alloy bar. Therebythe casting process, extrusion technology, heat treatment and other aspects are experimented and investigated, and the optimized production technologies have been settled. The qualified A1-Cu-Mg-Mn aluminum alloy bars with stable and excellent mechanical properties have been produced.
