摘要
针对于老旧起重机械事故率高存着安全隐患,金属结构设计寿命与实际使用寿命的差别,采用声发射技术、应力测试、在线监控和Miner理论进行安全评估和寿命预测,对不可靠的设备及时维修、降级使用和报废处理。杜绝起重机的超负荷超寿命使用。
Aiming at the potential safety hazards from the high accident rate of old cranes,as well as the difference between design service life and actual service life of metal structures,acoustic emission technique,stress test,online monitoring and Miner theory are adopted for safety assessment and service life prediction so as to provide advice of timely maintenance,degrading use and discard disposal for the unreliable equipment.It is forbidden to use the crane with overload or the crane out of its service life.
