摘要
采用PRO/E建立铺板机门架参数化模型,以Ansys为模拟计算平台,对优化前后的门架结构进行了整体求解计算。获得了优化前后门架结构的强度、刚度力学特性,应力与变形分布规律,及优化后的门架结构。为铺板机门架最优化设计提供了可靠的理论依据。
PRO/E is adopted to establish parametric model for the gantry of plate spreader.With Ansys as the simulation calculation platform,the calculation before and after the optimization of gantry structure is performed,so as to obtain the strength and stiffness mechanics characteristics,as well as the distribution of stress and deformation,and the optimized gantry structure.It provides reliable theoretic basis for the optimal design of the spreader gantry.
