糖尿病大鼠应用丙泊酚后对三酰甘油和胆固醇的影响

摘要 目的:探讨糖尿病大鼠应用丙泊酚后三酰甘油和胆固醇的代谢。方法:将造模成功的糖尿病大鼠分为3 h实验组和6 h实验组,3 h空白对照组和6 h空白对照组,将正常大鼠分为3 h对照组和6 h对照组,静脉分别泵入丙泊酚或盐水25.2 mg/(kg.h),3 h组在静脉持续泵入丙泊酚或盐水即刻(T1)、3 h(T2)、停药2 h(T3)、停药3 h(T4)取血监测三酰甘油。6 h组在静脉持续泵入丙泊酚或盐水即刻(T1)、6 h(T2)、停药2 h(T3)、停药3 h(T4)取血监测三酰甘油和胆固醇。结果:在相同时间点与正常大鼠组比,3 h实验组和6 h实验组在T1、T2、T3、T4时间点血三酰甘油和胆固醇明显高于正常大鼠组(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病大鼠应用丙泊酚[25.2 mg/(kg.h)]大于3 h后,会明显影响血三酰甘油和胆固醇的代谢。 Objective To investigate the metabolism of triglyceride and cholesterol in diabetic rats after intravenous infusion of propofol.Method The successful model of diabetic rats were divided into 3 h experimental group and 6 h experimental group,3 h blank control group and 6 h blank control group,the normal rats were divided into 3 h experimental group and 6 h experimental group,respectively,intravenous infusion of propofol 25.2 mg/(kg·h),3 h group with intravenous continuous infusion propofol immediately(T1),3 h(T2),withdrawal 2 h(T3),withdrawal 3 h(T4),monitoring of blood triglycerides and cholesterol.6 h group with intravenous propofol continuous infusion immediately(T1),6 h(T2),withdrawal 2 h(T3),withdrawal 3 h(T4),monitoring of blood triglycerides and cholesterol.Results Compared with the normal experimental group at the same time point,T1,T2,T3 and T4 time points in the experimental group 3 h and the experimental group 6 h,the serum triglyceride and cholesterol were significantly higher(P0.05).Conclusion The diabetic rats with propofol(25.2 mg/(kg·h)) more than 3 h,will significantly affect blood triglyceride and cholesterol metabolism.
