猫抓病28例诊治分析

Improving the knowledge of cat scratch disease:a report of 28 cases

目的:提高对猫抓病的再认识,分析猫抓病的发病原因,并进一步提高临床诊断水平。方法:分析经临床诊断的28例猫抓病患者的病历资料,并进行回顾性整理分析。结果:26例患者均有猫狗密切接触史,其中有18例被猫抓伤、咬伤史,临床症状以淋巴结肿大为主,可伴有高热或低热,实验室检查无明显特异性表现,此病报道不多,临床上常常被误诊。猫抓病诊断标准5项,其中3项符合即可确诊。结论:猫抓病一般为自限性,一经感染终身免疫,此病治疗主要是预防继发感染、对症处理以减少严重并发症的发生,若药物治疗效果欠佳,则需对肿大淋巴结进行手术切除,术后配合敏感抗生素治疗,则效果良好,无复发。

Objective To explore the causes of cat scratch disease in order to get people know more about it and improve the doctor′s clinic diagnosis to it.Method Scientifical research to 28 cases from January 2007 to January 2011 in our hospital.Results Twenty-six cases had been proved to be connected with cats and dogs,in which 18 cases were due to the direct scratch and bite of the animals with the symptom of swelling lymph,high fever or low fever.It could be easily misdiagnosed for the disease caused no more distinctive symptom than others and there was seldom news report to it.There were 5 standards to judge this disease,and you could identify it as long as 3 of them were met.Conclusion Cat scratch disease is a self-limiting disease.Once infected,you will be immune for life.The main treatment to this disease is to prevent continuous infection and reduce the chance of getting other joint diseases.If it is not so good with the use of medicine,doctor need to perform an operation to the lymph with the use of antibiotics.
