摘要
该文针对串口通讯实时性和系统资源利用不足,结合多线程技术能很好地解决并发多任务问题,提高资源的利用率和系统的整体性能,并以工业机器视觉饮料瓶盖缺陷检测为应用背景,给出了一种基于多线程串行通讯的工业机器视觉饮料瓶盖缺陷检测系统软件的设计方案。该方案实现了PC机与西门子S7-200PLC的串行通讯,给出了瓶盖缺陷检测的设计思路及完整流程。测试结果表明该文的检测软件具有良好的实用性和检测性能。
n light of disadvantages of serial communication in real time and using of system resource,combines multithread technology can solve problem which performing the multiple tasks in parallel and improve resource utilization and system performance.The paper takes the beverage closure defect detection as application background and gives a scheme which using multithread based on serial communication.The scheme designs and implements a computer communication with Siemens PLC using serial port.Finally,the experimental results show that the software has a better practical and detective performance.
