腓骨远端爪形支持钢板治疗腓骨远端骨折48例疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 ①目的探讨应用爪形支持钢板治疗腓骨远端不稳定骨折的临床疗效。②方法对48例腓骨远端粉碎性或合并骨质疏松的骨折行切开复位,腓骨远端爪型支持钢板内固定术,采用Mazur评分系统进行临床疗效评定。③结果术后随访8~23个月,平均16个月,优40例,占83.33%;良4例,占8.33%;可3例,占6.25%;差1例,占2.08%,优良率为91.67%。④结论运用腓骨远端爪形支持钢板治疗腓骨远端不稳定骨折为踝关节早期活动提供稳定性,利于踝关节功能恢复。
