论司法警官院校应用型创新人才的培养

On Cultivating Applied Creative Talents of Colleges of Judicial Officers

司法警官院校承担着为监狱劳教事业输送高素质人才的重要使命。但是,当前司法警官院校的人才培养模式存在着一些弊端,不能适应时代发展对培养具有较强创新精神和实践能力的人才目标的需求。司法警院校应用性创新人才的培养,应当变革教育思想和教育观念,积极稳妥地实施全方位的教学改革。

The colleges of judicial officers take the important mission of cultivating high quality talents for re-eduction undertakings. However, there exist some disadvantages of the talent-training mode, which can not meet the need of cultivating talents with innovation spirit and practical ability. In order to change this phenomenon, the related colleges should change their educational idea, and implement comprehensive teaching reform actively and safely.
