摘要 多叶形纤维一般用于增加织物功能,例如更好地吸收率或传导率。改变聚合物成分和横截面几何形状可使可纺性及物理性能更好。三叶形纤维已被用于地毯工业,它能增加涂饰量,从而防止弄脏或玷污织物。介绍涉及末端改性三叶形截面长丝纺弹性聚合物,这种横截面也能加强长丝的分裂,从而生产出超细纤维网。超细纤维网具有非常高的表面积,柔韧、耐用。 Multilobal fibers have traditionally been used to impart functionality such as better absorbancy or conductivity. Modification in the polymer feed and cross-sectional geometry enables better spinnability and imparts better physical properties. Trilobal fibers have been used in the carpet industry to add finishes for prevention of soiling or staining. In particular, this paper deals with using the modified tipped-trilobal filament cross-sec- tions to spin elastomeric polymers. This type of cross-section also enhances the fracturing of such filaments to produce microfiber webs that have considerably higher surface area, which are flexible and highly durable.
