摘要
新型辊压法烟草薄片生产线具备均匀掺兑5％～10％木浆纤维、薄片起皱成形的功能。加纤起皱薄片的填充值、强度等物理指标有了明显提高。当卷烟厂的制丝工艺参数作相应配改后，可实现薄片以片状组份在制丝线加料工序时掺兑。
A new rolled tobacco sheet production line was developed.The improved.equipment could real- ize even mixture with 5% ～10% wood pulp fiber and wrinkle forming.The filling value, intensity of sheet tobaccoadding fibre and wrinkling were enhanced apparently. If the primary processing was adjusted relevantlyantly, this kind ofreconstitute tobacco oculd been used in sheet.
