摘要
直流力矩电机电枢用环氧树脂灌封后胶层开裂的问题,是直流力矩电机在生产制造过程中较为常见的一种问题。本文从灌封料配方及其它因素去分析,解决该类电机电枢灌封开裂。
In the producing of DC torque motor＇s armature, it＇s a usual problem about the glue layer cracking after sealed with epoxy resin. This problem was analyzed from sealing compounds to other factors in this pa- per, so as to solve the crack of this kind of motor＇s armature.
