螺旋藻藻种选育研究进展

介绍了近几年来螺旋藻藻种选育的研究进展。从自然分离、人工诱变、基因工程等3个方面论述它们在螺旋藻育种中的应用。其中以采用物理或化学诱变剂的人工诱变方法最广泛 ,它们对藻丝形态、生长速度、最适生长温度、生化组成、产量等产生影响 ,具有明显的诱变正效应。基因工程育种有待深入研究。

The applied study of natural selection,induction of mutation and gene engineering were discussed on Spirulina breeding. Among them the induction of mutation was widely used ,It influenced the morphological features, grow speed, biochemical composition and production. In most case, this effect was better.The gene engineering on Spirulina needed to be research further.
