摘要
【目的】研究性诱剂对斜纹夜蛾的诱捕效果,为葡萄园大面积应用性诱剂防治斜纹夜蛾提供科学依据。【方法】在相隔4km的两个葡萄园分别设置性诱剂诱捕区和化学防治对照区,诱捕区于2011年4月10日~9月20日挂诱捕器,期间每40d更换一次诱芯,对照区根据病虫害发生情况使用化学农药防治,调查记录诱捕区诱虫量及两个试验区斜纹夜蛾在葡萄叶片上的产卵数及幼虫数。【结果】应用性诱剂诱捕葡萄园中的斜纹夜蛾成虫,可使田间斜纹夜蛾幼虫发生量减少71.3%,减少75%的杀虫剂使用量,节约29.3%的成本。【结论】性诱剂可有效诱捕葡萄园中的斜纹夜蛾成虫,在节约成本、提高经济效益的同时,社会环境效益显著,可在生产中推广应用。
[ Objective]An experiment was conducted to investigate the trapping effects of sex-attractant on Prodenia litura in grapery in order to provide guidance for its widespread application in grapery. [ Method ]Sex-attractant trapping area and chemical pest control area were designed in two different graperies which were 4-kilometre apart. Trappers, which lure was replaced every 40 days, were used from April 10^th 2011 to September 20^th 2011. In control area pesticide was applied on the basis of pest status. The oviposition quantity, number of larva and captured Prodenia litura quantity were recorded in two experiment areas. [Result]Sex-attractant reduced the number of Prodenia litura larva by 71.3%, insecticide by 75%, and cost by 29.3%. [Conelusion]Sex-attractant is viable to be extended in production because it can effectively catch Prodenia litura, and improve economic benefits by saving costs and make the environment safe.
