肢体抖动性短暂性脑缺血发作的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 短暂性脑缺血发作（transient ischemic attack，TIA）是由脑血管病变导致的短暂性、局灶性脑或视网膜功能障碍，临床症状一般持续10—20min，多在1h内缓解，最长不超过24h，不遗留神经功能缺损症状和体征，影像学无责任病灶。
