摘要
以2种精制沥青(LSP和HSP)为原料,通过常压热转化反应,研究了热转化过程中产物的QI和TI随反应时间的变化规律。分析表明,随着反应温度的升高和反应时间的延长,沥青的各向异性组分不断增加。其中LSP沥青生成的中间相小球大于HSP沥青生成的中间相小球。400℃恒温9h,LSP沥青的软化点达到242℃,HSP沥青的软化点达到220℃。
By taking two kinds of refined pitches (LSP and HSP) as feedstock, the change regularity of QI and TI of the products with reaction time during the conversion process is studied through thermal conversion reaction under atmospheric pressure. The analysis shows that the anisotropic groups of the pitches are increased unceasingly with the uprising of reaction temperature and prolonging of reaction time. Among them, the mesophase small bails formed by LSP pitch are bigger than those formed by HSP pitch. The constant temperature of 400℃ is held for 9h. The softening point of LSP pitch is up to 242℃ and the softening point of HSP piteh is up to 220℃.
