中国共产党在长期的理论与实践探索中,创造性地提出了以保障人民当家作主、实现政治的多元参与、注重权力的制约与监督、推崇宪政法治与公民美德、促进实现政治发展成果和谐共享等为主要内容的人民共和的基本理念。这些基本理念具有其鲜明的特征:坚持以人为本的核心价值理念,坚持一元领导与多元有序参与相结合,凸显平等、包容、妥协、和谐的精神内核等,体现出了浓郁的中国风格和中国气派。

Creative concepts of people＇s republicanism presented by Communist Party of China through its long-time theoretical and practical explorations mainly include the followings： to ensure people as the master of the state; to achieve the diversification of political participation; to focus on power constrain and supervision; to advocate constitutionalism, ruling by law and civic virtue to promote harmonious sharing of political achievements. Moreover, insisting on human-first orientation and the sole leadership of CPC with multiple ordered participation have become Chinese features of these concepts which take equality, tolerance, compromise and harmony as the spiritual core.
