摘要
采用ZnCl2浓溶液为溶剂,制备了纤维素凝胶.通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)对纤维素凝胶的结构、形貌进行表征.研究了纤维素凝胶的弹性模量,详细考察了纤维素溶液浓度、溶剂pH值、溶解温度、溶解时间以及搅拌速率对纤维素凝胶弹性模量的影响,并利用正交试验确定了凝胶的最佳制备工艺.结果表明,纤维素凝胶具有较高的弹性模量,其值可达到4.69×102 MPa.
Cellulose gelatin is prepared by means of ZnC12 concentrated solution as solvent. The structure and morphology are characterized by FT-IR and TEM. The elastic modulus of cellulose gelatin is studied. The influences of cellulose solution concentration, pH value of solvent, dissolution temperature, dissolution time and stirring rate on the elastic modulus of cellulose gelatin are discussed in detail. Meanwhile, the best preparation condition is observed by orthogonal test method. The results indicate that cellulose gelatin exhibites more elastic modulus, the value can be up to 4. 69 ×10^2 MPa.
