黑龙江省个人信用信息保护意愿调查的比较研究

Comparative Study on Willingness to Protect Individual Credit Information in Heilongjiang Province

个人信用信息在现代社会中的价值凸显出来,对个人信用信息的利用与保护成为法学研究的重要问题。通过实证研究,以个人信用信息保护意愿的全国问卷调查为基础,分析黑龙江省个人信用信息保护意愿与全国其他地区的差异,查找黑龙江省个人信用信息保护意愿的特点;同时分析黑龙江省与上海市个人信用信息保护意愿的差异,总结黑龙江与经济发展水平较高的上海在个人信用信息保护意愿方面的不同。结合黑龙江与全国其他地区和上海的个人信用信息保护意愿的比较,提出有针对性的黑龙江个人信用信息保护立法建议。

As the value of individual credit information in modern society is highlighted, the utilization and protection of individual credit information becomes an important issue for legal research. On the basis of national questionnaire about willingness in terms of individual credit information protection, through empirical research, an analysis is made on the differences in willingness to protect individual credit information in Heilongjiang province and Shanghai and other parts in China, proposing legislation suggestions for individual credit information protection in Heilongjiang province ： strengthening education of individual credit information protection, taking the levels of economic development in Heilongjiang and cognition of Heilongjiang people into appropriate account, enhancing protection of individual credit information in an appropriate manner; strengthening the activities of the judicial and executive bodies, opening relief channels for the infringement of individual credit information.
