系统性红斑狼疮与早发动脉粥样硬化 被引量：3

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）是一种以多器官损害症状为临床表现的慢性系统性自身免疫性疾病。SLE患者早期死亡的主要原因为感染和疾病本身活动。随着SLE患者生存时间的延长，其早发动脉粥样硬化（atherosclerosis，as）的趋势越显突出。国外的流行病学资料显示，SLE人群的冠心病患病率为6％～10％.
