包埋针的设计及临床应用研究

Design and Clinical Application of Embedding Needle

目的:设计一种能将固体物质注射式植入人体皮下或穴位的简易、微创工具,定义为包埋针,主要用于疣体包埋术和穴位埋线术,并探讨其临床应用价值。方法:采用9号注射器针头、外管壁开窗注射器、带针芯的内管3个部件构成一种针式推进操作系统。利用简单的活塞原理,将固体植入物机械推进至指定位置。观察操作的便捷性、微创程度及临床疗效。结果:应用包埋针治疗扁平疣和过敏性鼻炎,治愈率分别达到93%和45.9%,有效率均达到100%。结论:包埋针成本低廉、操作便捷,已取得了良好的临床应用效果。

Objective To design and explore the clinical value of a simple and minimally invasive tool that can implant solid material into subcutaneousness or acupuncture points,defined as embedding needle,in order to be used for wart-embedding surgery and catgut implantation surgery.Methods A pin promotable operating system was constituted of 3 parts,including No.9 syringe needle,syringe with open window wall,and inner tube with a needle core.The solid implants were mechanically injected into the designated location,using a simple piston theory.The convenience,the extent of minimally invasiveness,and clinical efficacy of the operation were observed.Results With the use of this embedding needle,the cure rate for treatment of flat warts and allergic rhinitis was 93%and 45.9%respectively,and both the effective rate reached 100%.Conclusion The embedding needle is of low cost and easy operation,which is worthy of clinical application.
