新型灾难救援避难用快速撑收帐篷的设计

Design of New-type Rapidly Opened and Folded Tent for Disaster Relief and Refuge

目的:研制一种用于灾难救援避难的快速撑收帐篷,该帐篷也可用于户外旅游及其他场合。方法:采用支撑架、连接传动杆套筒、传动体、预紧务、控制绳等。其中,支撑架通过铰链和传动杆链接,连接传动杆套筒上固定有控制绳,控制绳的两端设置有用于限位行程的扣环。通过控制绳,控制支撑机构的张开与闭合,实现帐篷快速的撑开和收起。结果:该产品经实际应用,可在短时间内实现快速撑收帐篷,操作灵活自如,且帐篷折叠后占用空间小,便于放置和携带。结论:该设计克服了现有救援帐篷架设、撤收工序复杂,劳动强度大,用时长,操作繁琐等缺点,可广泛用于野外防护,特别适合于因交通路途不畅,不便于伤病员的转移,而需在灾难现场快速搭建帐篷供伤员救治及避难的场合,实现快速救援。

Objective To develop a fast unfolding and folding tent mainly used in disaster relief and refuge,and also can be used for outdoor tourism and other occasions.Methods The support frame,transmission rod sleeve,transmission body, preload strip,control rope,and so forth were used.The supporting frame linked drive rod by a hinge,the control rope was fixed on the transmission rod sleeve,and the ring is arranged at the both ends of control rope for limiting travel.By controlling the rope to open and close supporting mechanism,and realize rapid unfolding and folding of the tent.Results Through practical application,the tent could realize rapid unfolding and folding in a short time and flexible operation,and could occupy small space after being folded so as to place and carry conveniently.Conclusion The design overcomes the shortcomings of existing rescue tent including complex process in erecting and withdrawing,high labor intensity,and a long, tedious operation.The tent can be widely used for field protection,particularly when the traffic road is bad,so the wounded is not convenient for transfer,then the tent is needed quickly erecting for rescue and refuge.
