Design of New Multi-functional Non-slip Fixed Tube

目的:设计一种多功能防滑固定式胃管,以防止其移位或脱落,从而减轻患者的痛苦。方法:将带悬挂胶带的三通胃管穿过中空的固定器套管,套管的两侧有固定于头颈部的可调节长度的圆形胶带,固定器外表面有颗粒状的凸点,固定器上的弹性橡胶圈可固定氧气管。结果:该胃管具有不易脱落、可调节长度、美观、舒适、防污染、外出携带方便、防接触性皮炎和功能多等优点。结论:该胃管可减轻患者的痛苦和心理压力,减少护士工作量,特别适用于长时间留置胃管的患者。

Objective To design a multi-functional non-slip fixed tube in order to prevent tube displacement or loss and thus reduce the pain of patients.Methods The three-way stomach tube with hanging adhesive tape was put through the hollow casing,on both sides of which there were circular adhesive tapes with adjustable length fixed on the head and neck. There were granular bumps on the outer surface of the fixer,the elastic rubber ring of which could fix the oxygen hose. Results The gastric tube had the advantages of not easy fall -off,adjustable length,appearance,comfort,pollution prevention,easy to carry out,anti-contact dermatitis prevention and more other functions.Conclusion The gastric tube can reduce the patient＇s pain and psychological pressure,and also can reduce the workload of nurses.It is especially suitable for patients with prolonged indwelling stomach tube.
