摘要
目的:探讨CD26在肾癌细胞中的表达及对迁移能力的影响。方法:采用分子生物学的方法检测人肾癌细胞系A498和786-0中CD26蛋白的表达及对迁移能力的影响。结果:A498细胞内CD26蛋白表达相对水平高于786-O细胞内CD26蛋白表达,二者具有统计学意义(P<0.05);抗CD26抗体和酶抑制剂能够显著抑制细胞迁移的进程。结论:CD26蛋白表达水平可能和肾癌细胞恶性度及迁移能力相关。
Objective To study the CD26 expression in the renal carcinoma cell and its effect on the migration of renal carcinoma cell.Methods The CD26 protein expression and its effect on the migration of renal carcinoma cell line A498 and 786-O were detected by molecular biology method.Results The relative level of CD26 expression in A498 cell line was higher than that in 786-O cell line,and there was statistical significance(P0.05).The anti-CD26 mono-antibody and the inhibitor of enzyme could significantly inhibit the cell migration process.Conclusion The expression of CD26 protein may have a relationship with the malignant and the migration ability of renal carcinoma cell.
