通过对某院机动卫勤分队卫生装备管理和训练工作的介绍,总结了卫生装备管理和训练的主要做法,探讨了卫生装备管理与训练工作的主要关系,指出全程质量控制是卫生装备管理工作的核心理念,认为卫生装备管理是确保机动卫勤分队卫勤保障能力的基础。
The management and training of medical equipment for mobile medical service unit in hospital are introduced. The practice and measures of medical equipment management and training are summarized,and main relation between management and training of medical equipment is discussed.It is considered that whole journal quality control is the key idea of medical equipment management,and that the medical equipment management is the basis to ensure the competence of mobile medical service unit.
