微管相关蛋白Tau mRNA在胃癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨Tau mRNA在胃癌中的表达及与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测10例正常胃组织与60例胃癌组织Tau mRNA的表达。结果:胃癌组织TaumRNA的表达高于明显正常胃组织(P<0.05)。低分化胃癌Tau mRNA的表达明显高于高中分化胃癌,有淋巴结转移者Tau mRNA的表达明显高于无淋巴结转移者,TNMⅢ+Ⅳ期者Tau mRNA的表达明显高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期者(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌Tau mRNA的高表达可能在胃癌的分化、转移及侵袭过程中具有重要作用。 Objective:To investigate Tau mRNA expression in gastric carcinoma and its relationships with gastric carcinoma clinical pathological features.Methods:RT-PCR was use to detect Tau mRNA expression in 10 cases normal gastric tissue and 60 cases gastric carcinoma.Results:Expression of Tau mRNA in gastric cancer was significantly higher than normal gastric tissue(P0.05).Expression of Tau mRNA in poorly differentiated gastric carcinoma was obviously higher than well differentiated and moderately differentiated gastric carcinoma(P0.05);Gastric carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was obviously higher than without lymph node metastasis(P0.05);TNM Ⅲ+Ⅳ stage was obviously higher than Ⅰ+Ⅱ stage(P0.05).Conclusions:High expression of Tau mRNA may play important role in differentiation,metastasis and invasion of gastric carcinoma.
