摘要
目的:探讨KTP激光联合典必殊眼膏治疗泪道阻塞的疗效。方法:260例(271眼)泪道阻塞患者应用KTP激光及泪道内注入典必殊眼膏治疗,随访3个月。结果:治愈148眼(54.6%)、好转78眼(28.8%)、无效45眼(16.6%),总有效率为83.4%。结论:KTP激光联合典必殊眼膏治疗泪道阻塞成功率高,尤其对鼻泪管阻塞疗效肯定。
Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effects of KTP laser combined TobraDex oculentum on treating lacrimal duct obstruction.Methods：260 cases（271 eyes） of lacrimal duct obstruction were treated with KTP laser combined with infusing TobraDex oculentum into lacrimal passages and followed up for 3 months.Results：148 eyes（54.6%） were cured,78 eyes（28.8%） were improved,45 eyes（16.6%） were invalid;the effective rate was 83.4%.Conclusions：Treating lacrimal duct obstruction with KTP laser combined TobraDex oculentum can obtain high achievement ration,especially for obstruction of nasolacrimal duct.
