摘要
峰谷电价作为一项需求侧管理政策,通过价格杠杆实现转移地区高峰电力需求目的。以唐山地区不同用电性质的典型大用户为例,通过数据对典型大用户峰谷电价执行的特点进行分析,阐述了峰谷电价实施中存在的主要问题并提出了政策调整的建设性意见。
TOU price as a demand-side management policy, through the pricing lever it achieves the purpose of transferring regional peak electricity demand. In this paper, the typical large users of different electric nature in Tangshan area are as a practice, features of the typical user TOU execution are analyzed through data. The main problems in the implementation of the TOU are described and the construction suggestions of the policy adjustment are provided.
