重要客户及重点场所的应急服务是供电企业保障公共安全和社会稳定的重要措施。在电网故障处置中,客户端应急服务不到位,将引发严重的社会影响或安全事故。根据以往事故应急处置案例,重点分析人员密集场所在电网故障应急服务中存在的问题,并从客户端、电网端提出优化措施与改善建议。

Abstract： Emergency service for key customers and key sites is an important measure to protect public safety and social stability for the power supply enterprises. During the processing of grid failure, the emergency service at the client is not in place. This will cause serious social impact or security incidents. Under the previous cases of emergency disposal, the paper focuses on the analysis of the grid failure emergency services in the crowded places. And from the client and the grid-side, optimization measures and improvement recommendations are provided. K
